Returns & Exchanges

Shop with the peace of mind that items can be returned to us within 28 days of receiving them if they are unsuitable. You must notify us of any return within 14 days of delivery & return the item within 28 days of delivery.

Please note: Any special orders that are not easily re-saleable such as unusual sheepskin coloured products or OS bridles in unusual colours will also be subject to a 20% restocking charge.

Exchanges

  • The cost to return an item to us is the customers responsibility.
  • We will send the replacement item to you free of charge.
  • The returned item must be in the original condition, with labels, unsoiled and unused, & received within 28 days, for any reason.
  • Please package your item carefully to prevent it being damaged in transit
  • Please email sales@jontyequestrian.co.uk for a returns number. Exchanges will normally be processed within 2 days of us receiving the items back. If this is not possible due to the item being unavailable then we will contact you.
  • Returns made after 28 days or soiled goods will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

Refunds

  • A full refund less any postage paid will be provided on any item returned to us in the original condition, with labels, unsoiled and unused, within 28 days, for any reason.
  • Please package your item carefully to prevent it being damaged in transit Enclose your returns number.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days of us receiving the items back.
  • Returns made after 28 days or soiled goods will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

Organising your own return
Please obtain a certificate of postage with adequate insurance as we are unable to compensate for return parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.

Returning In-store
Alternatively, you may return your goods to our store within 28 days, please bring your invoice with you in order to receive a refund or exchange.

 

Quality of your Goods
For faulty items please send pictures to sales@jontyequestrian.co.uk showing the suspected fault along with your Account Number (found on your invoice). Often these matters can be dealt with quicker this way.

If an item is being returned due to it being faulty, Jonty Equestrian will refund the postage costs incurred for returning the item (up to the value of £5.00). Please be aware of this when returning items. We do advise to contact us first about your goods before returning them to us.

 

Why do we need your goods to be clean?

Repairs & Returns
Due to the health hazard and hygienic problems involved with horse and rider clothing and allied products is it regretted that we are unable to service or handle any equipment unless it is clean and dry. (Health & safety work act 1974)

Please note: Goods must be cleaned before we will inspect them. If your item is returned to us without being cleaned, we will charge to post the item back out to you.

Please note that although every effort is made to ensure images used on our website match the product, due to different monitor/screen calibrations, colours may vary from actual product colours shown on your computer or device.
